(SIGH).... I LOVE BEY, GOD knows I do, BUT this is not a good look. I don't claim to know it all but I know when red goes wrong! Which it has clearly done here! SO let's talk about what not to do to look like Joan Crawford in Mommy Dearest.

First things first: Whenever applying RED lipstick please be aware that the lighter your complexion the more your lips are gonna POP so PLEASE, not so heavy on the blush! Yes..the whole point of wearing red lips is to have that glamour effect, but if not done correctly you will most def give the clown effect too and HOMIE DON'T PLAY THAT(lol)...

Secondly: There's no need for the dark liner. The focus can not be on both places (lips & eyes) therefore a "clean" eye is better in the event that your walking around with LOUBOUTIN LIPS. All that is really needed is mascara on both the top and bottom lash to make the eye look both open and soft.

Finally: Since red lipstick tends to bleed and wear off 1/2 way through the night it's a great idea to fill your lips in with a liner first!

A girl can't talk red lips without talking nails sooooo.... make sure that your nails don't clash with your lips! When comparing red lipstick with red polish try to match it as close as possible. You can even play it safe and stick with the forever trendy, never go wrong black nail(my FAv).

YO! Lady GAGA and BEYONCE has teamed up again! This time its not to record you on their video phone but to let you know you can STOP calling their phones all together in their new joint TELEPHONE! You know I love it right? OK! Its not even about the song/video or for once Beyonce...It's about GAGA and how she is the craziest, dopest, wackiest, futuristic chic out there right now! The leather studded jacket in the video is stttttuuuuuuupppppiiiiD! GaGa stated in the past that she wore studs and spikes a lot growing up and thats where the inspiration for the look for her line of headphones came from. Hmph.. she's inspiring a lot of people with that look and I can tell you it has nothing to do with headphones; but making heads turn! Beyonce did her thing to with the extreme embellished blue joint! BUT BACK TO GAGA...yeah...

AMBER ALERT!!

YEP...it's the DOPEST BALD HEAD chic that ever walked! You know her as Amber Rose, KanYezzy's boo! I know her as my dream girl (NO LOL) ;) Well she was spotted leaving a "business meeting" (wonder what kind of business...side eye*) and she looked GREAT in her all black everything with hot pink peep toes(which matches her thong)! I LOVE her style! When Kanye said he'll do anything for a blonde dike he meant that literally, because he definitely keeps her looking good! From front row seats at the BIGGEST fashion shows in Paris to going for a walk in LA with a hoodie on. SHE is just that bitch! No if ands or buts about it! How can one even consider blogging about fashion and not mention Amber's name? Easy...you DON'T!

COCO not Puffs...CHANEL

Every girl should own three things! One a Killer pair of Christian Louboutin's , Two a Spanx and Last but NOT LEAST a CHANEL BAG!!!! So Chanel launched their Fall/Winter 2010 Fashion Show and as expected the shit was CRAZZZZZZiiii!!! They could never do any wrong anyway! Who better to Rep them than RZ who could also do NO WRONG! The Spring 2010 line consist of mostly tweed/wicker looks and I'm diggin' it! BUT the FW2010 fashions are DUMB DOPE! WAY ICIER than your average "trap star" ...and I mean that literally!

Your Never to Big to be FLY

Most recently I got a request (which I love) to post about trendy Plus Size fashions. Now I, like everyone else know first hand how a few extra pounds can make you want to drown yourself in tunics, boy jeans and sweats. BUUuuuT its 2010 and being fashionable seems to be the topic EVERY ONES conversation! DRAKE even knows that all she wants to talk about is partying and FASHION :) SO in an effort to show that there are great plus size fashions out there I found a couple pieces to give hope to the beautiful full figured ladies that may at times feel hopeless! With these fashions comes RULES! Anyone can look "well put together" when the right undergarment is being worn. You don't have to have on a dress to wear body contouring garment. Even in a graphic tee and pair of distressed jeans any girl can hide her "true size". A 16 can look like a 14 in a split second! Go throw on a nice tee and distressed jean (as I would) and a pair of the highest heels you can bear to walk on; don't forget your undergarment, grab a cute bag, some accessories, lip GLOSS...MAC of course(that I wont negotiate) and head out with the "skinny Chic's'..and when their not looking ROLL YOUR EYES AT THEM! :)

I will be HONEST! Never have I EVER considered wearing house of Dere'on. To me it just seemed like a no no in my world of fashion! However after seeing this add I'm tempted to PRE-ORDER a ton of stuff! Mama Knowles and Bey really murdered it with the whole spiked out, edgey look! If I didn't know any better I would "think" it was Rhianna's Label...being as though NO ONE is killing that look like her...NOT even Beyonce and I LIVE for Sasha Fierce. This is a good look though...so yeah; House Of Dereon it is!

SO my BFF(Ivy NiCoLe) called me about these sequin fanny packs, available at www.patriciafield.com about a month ago! She's ALWAYS up on everything!!! These are not for your trip to the grocery store or the casino but more like a night on the town with a nice beater(no bra) and a painted on jean! With several different varieties how does a girl choose! Hmph...if your anything like ME u don't choose...you buy them ALL!!!!

Sneaker Attack

WELL there is NOTHING Very Prive' or Pigalle about these sneakers; however they are by the one and ONLY CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN!!! The Louis Studded high-top sneaker retail at $835.00 and also come in black. My my my how I LOOOOve Everything that Mr. Louboutin could ever imagine in his brilliant mind...BUT I don't know about this creation! Besides the fact that I would NEVER spend that amount on a "sneaker", its something about the look that I'm not quite sold on! I suppose I'll just stick to the Prive's and Pigalle's! However IF you walk past me and just so happen to have these on your feet....I WILL STOP AND STARE!

Spring and Summer are right around the corner so prepare to say goodbye to WINTER! We all know that with the season change comes the sun. Fashion RULES!

This is my very 1st post of what I intend to be many! I feel that it is only right to start out with the number ONE rule of FASHION! That rule being there are NO RULES! You should always dare to be different! However I will say that most of us girls go wrong when we try to duplicate another persons style! Now I'm not saying don't look up to Rhianna, Lady GaGa ,Beyonce or Sarah Jessica Parker.....what I am saying is know when to add "YOUR TOUCH"! You can NOT be a complete replica of anyone other than yourself and expect it to be a "good look"! Embrace your style and add a little Rhi Rhi in there if you would like! But just know that's a hard act to follow...plus your mirror likes YOU better anyway ;)
